Services
Technochill provides rental services for refrigeration units, including delivery, installation, and maintenance where applicable. All rentals are subject to availability and service area restrictions.
Rental Period
The rental period starts on the delivery date and ends on the agreed collection date. Extensions must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
Payment Terms
– All rental charges must be paid in full before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– A security deposit may be required, refundable upon satisfactory return of the equipment.
– Late payments may incur additional fees.
– Customer Responsibilities
– Equipment must be used responsibly and for its intended purpose.
– Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.
– The equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Delivery and Pickup
– Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on availability and customer location.
– Failed delivery or pickup attempts due to customer inaccessibility may result in additional charges.
Cancellations and Refunds
– Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery may be eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
– No refund will be provided for early returns unless agreed upon in writing.
Liability
Technochill is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure or misuse. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any rental agreement if the customer breaches these terms or misuses our equipment.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
